Our position

This site publishes documentation about Android applications. All app names, logos, screenshots and trademarks belong to their respective owners. SimCity and SimCity BuildIt are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc., and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. or Google LLC.

Sending a takedown notice

Email [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. To be actionable under section 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. The exact URL or URLs on this site of the material you want removed, specific enough that we can locate it
  4. Your contact details, including address, telephone number and email address
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf

What happens next

Complete notices are reviewed and, where valid, the material is removed or disabled promptly, normally within 2 to 3 business days. We will make a reasonable effort to notify whoever posted the material. Incomplete notices are slower to action because we have to come back to you for the missing parts, so please include everything above the first time.

Counter notification

If material of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter notification to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.

Repeat infringement

We terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, as required by section 512(i).
